The Summit Apartments is a special 118 unit apartment community situated on a beautiful 19 acres on a hilltop in Morristown, Tennessee.  Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, as well as a large field for play or for walking pets.  We welcome pets with a minimal additional pet rent.​​​

This community is comprised of five separate groupings of buildings spread out over 19 acres, affording a privacy and tranquility not found in more densely crowded apartment complexes.  All units come with wood-burning fireplaces, central forced-air heat and A/C, along with a washer/dryer hook-up in the apartment, allowing you the luxury of avoiding trips to the laundromat or shared facilities.
